Flexible cancellation up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
Refundable reservations can be cancelled or modified for a full refund up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival by 4 PM PST. Any changes, cancellations, or no-shows within this 3-day window will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid deposit equivalent to the cost of first night’s stay, inclusive of taxes. Exceptions may apply based on the rate plan reserved. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.
Refundable reservations require an initial deposit equivalent to the cost of first night’s stay, inclusive of taxes at time of booking. This deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled within the allowable period specified in the cancellation policy. Exceptions may apply based on the rate plan reserved. Any reservations booked with an invalid credit card will not be honored and the hotel assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information.
All rates are for single or double occupancy.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.
There is no additional charge for children 12 and under staying in an adult’s room using existing bedding. We do not offer extra beds, roll-aways, cribs, or Pack & Plays.

The hotel is a non-smoking property (including e-cigarettes), and all guest rooms, balconies and public areas are designated as such. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be applied to the room bill for smoking on the premises.
Five (5) or more reservations are considered a group and must be booked through our sales department. Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.
There are a limited number of dog-friendly guest rooms. Bookings must be made prior to arrival and in conjunction with guest room reservations. We welcome two dogs up to 30 pounds each for an additional fee of $100 per stay, per dog.
With the exception of the Petite King rooms, every room type includes a pet-friendly option. Guests traveling with dogs must call the Wine Country Inn and Cottages Guest Services at (888) 465-4608 prior to booking to verify availability of a dog-friendly room or to alleviate the risk of being unable to check in with a dog and/or to incur any associated cancellation penalties.
Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fees and policies as listed above.
We welcome Service Animals as defined by the ADA in compliance with federal and state laws.
