A central location.

For those of you flying into and out of the Napa Valley, there are several airport options available (listed alphabetically below). As always, for questions or directions, please call or consult with our Front Desk Staff.

Oakland International Airport (OAK)
Oakland International Airport is located approximately 75 minutes south of The Wine Country Inn. Much smaller than San Francisco International Airport, this airport is easy to navigate and provides ample parking. However, the drive to and from is almost always done in heavy traffic.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
A favorite of the Innkeeper, Sacramento International Airport is located approximately 90 minutes east of The Wine Country Inn. It has plenty of parking and is easy to navigate. However, flights in or out of here tend to be a little more expensive, as SMF simply has fewer flights available.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
A majority of Wine Country Inn guests use SFO for two reasons: the large number of flights/airlines, and the fact that many people like to spend at least a couple of days either at the beginning or end of their trip in San Francisco. SFO is approximately 90 minutes south of The Wine Country Inn.

For folks on the West Coast:
Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS)
Located approximately 45 minutes west of The Wine Country Inn, the Sonoma County Airport is a small regional airport serviced primarily by Alaska Airlines/Horizon, making it a convenient and low-cost alternative for folks living in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
