Morning Strolls | Napa Valley Things to Do
Hand in hand, down a cobbled walkway with stonewalls holding back the lavender or rosemary. Is this what the doctor ordered?
Many of our plants have nameplates, so guests enjoy exploring the flower gardens or visiting our organic eatable garden, where we grow much of the produce used in our breakfast and afternoon appetizers.
Napa Valley can get quite warm during the summer day, making mornings a perfect time to stroll around our grounds or down the quiet Lodi Lane. If you promise not to wake up Mamma Smith (she lives in the house right up the driveway) or pick any of our precious grapes you could even walk through our vineyard. The grapes go into one of those Cult Wines called Hourglass so every grape that goes into a mouth costs a buck or two in lost wine (at $155 per bottle).
